NOTE ON SIZING: Belts sizes are their length in inches, so be sure to measure! The belts do not adjust for size, so measure around your waist over your trousers (trust me, you are much bigger than you think!) order as close to your actual measurement as possible. If in between sizes, I'd recommend ordering the next smaller size. Metal blasters weigh a ton, and gravity, being as relentless as it is, will do it's work unless you order the right size.
Our goal is to produce holster rigs that are as true to the originals as possible. Each movie had different holster rigs. Although at first glance, they appear the same, the details differ considerably.

Solo's gun belt can be yours!
I'm very pleased with Todd's Costume's genuine leather gun belt. Excellent craftsmanship and accuracy. There is just a very minor difference between the Todd's Costume belt and the screen version that I picked up on. But most would be hard pressed to even recognize it. As far as I'm concerned 30 something year old Harrison Ford could strap this belt on for A New Hope and no one would know he changed it. It's THAT well made! But when ordering please take measurement and sizing directions seriously. You will get the right size as long as you follow the instructions on how to choose the correct size accurately.

Absolutely amazing! Exceptional quality! The rig set up is so well put together and for that price I snapped one up quicker than when the Falcon made the kessel run in less than 12 parsecs! I measured my waist at 40" and ordered the size 40; fits perfectly, holds my DL-44 all metal blaster comfortably and without dragging the belt down at all. Belt and holster look and feel great, I've been wearing it around the house since I received it! The belt I ordered initially was a bit too snug, and Todd's Costumes responded to my exchange request extremely fast, and I had the correct size shipped to me as soon as I sent the first one back. Great customer service, and a good blaster at your side...what more could you ask for?
A Great Holster at Your Side.
You can't have a good blaster at your side without a great holster! I knew from experience with Todds indy gear, that the Solo Holster was going to be a knock out for accuracy and quality. Wearing todds belt, i know my blaster is safe and ready for the draw when needed. Best belt overall i've found. Already have a blaster... but im debating to pick up one of Todds now too!

ANH rig arrived today after much anticipation and I'm pleased to say it exceeds all expectations in terms of quality and authenticity! It absolutely recreates the classic look from A New Hope and is a fantastic addition to my prop and costume collection! Thanks to all involved, from a very happy (and likely to return) customer!

Han Solo ANH Rig
I first would like to say this is by far one of the best Han Solo rigs out there! I first purchased a size 40 inch thinking that this would be the correct size given my current ant side of 33. The 40 inch was just a little too big. Todds costumes customer service was quick to respond to my emails and gladly made the exchange process for the size 38 easy. The size 38 fits great , just below my best line at my hips! I was so pleased with the ANH version I actually purchased the ESB version so I could switch back and forth. Anyone out there looking for a great Han Solo rig , look no further, this one is great IMO . You won't be disappointed. 5 out of 5 stars. Thanks guys and gals for all the hard work !! Great job !
