NOTE ON SIZING: Belts sizes are their length in inches, so be sure to measure! The belts do not adjust for size, so measure around your waist over your trousers (trust me, you are much bigger than you think!) order as close to your actual measurement as possible. If in between sizes, I'd recommend ordering the next smaller size. Metal blasters weigh a ton, and gravity, being as relentless as it is, will do it's work unless you order the right size.
Our goal is to produce holster rigs that are as true to the originals as possible. Each movie had different holster rigs. Although at first glance, they appear the same, the details differ considerably.

Great Belt
Leather is high quality and the whole belt feels very durable. Holster for the blaster is perfectly sized and it fits comfortably against the leg. Best affordable belt out there.

I had a cheap belt rig from some other place but I had always wanted a top notch belt and holster for this costume. Some were way too expensive and the rest were very cheap. Finally, Todd's offered his version at a great price point and knocked it out of the park! Solid construction, top notch sewing, and heavy duty hardware make this belt the best value out there. I feel like a real smuggler wearing this baby! Looks great and fits great too. Thank goodness they still had my size. If you see it at Todd's, you better get it because more than likely it will be the best out there.

As Han Solo belts and holsters go, this is the best you can get, I was mid sized, following their suggestion at buying the lower size was the best thing I could have done, what a great fit. It looks great, feels comfortable and makes my Han Solo Bespin outfit look the part, I did have to modify it slightly so as to fit the Empire Strikes Back DL44, but that was easy.

A Real Holster made with Beautiful Craftsmanship and Quality Material
This is an amazing piece. The details are great. The quality is amazing. I wore a an issued leather military holster for a while during a deployment and this holds up to the quality and durability. You could easily carry a real pistol in one if you wanted. It is obviously made to carry the DL-44 offered on this site, made of metal and of substantial weight. The metal work is extremely sturdy and works perfectly as far as movement for your legs and hips. I wear a 30"-31" inch jean and I bought the 36", it fits great over my Han Solo pants, some regular jeans and even my Army uniform. Plus, it looks really cool. The cut is perfect and replicates that Solo swagger perfectly. The leg band has four snaps so you can adjust the holster so it doesn't rub, swing or bounce on your leg. All the parts are new and unweathered so you have a chance to tell your own story through the years of wear you get out of it. Bonus, the leather smells really good!
Exceptional Quality
I decided to be Han Solo for Halloween on a whim, and quickly was overwhelmed by the array of options available. While parts of my costume are home fabricated, nothing I could make would come close to the quality or fit of Todd's holster. It shipped the day after I ordered it and delivery was very quick. Warning that once you get this, you will want to splurge on all other aspects of the costume to match! Be aware that the $10 plastic blaster many people buy for their costume does not fit in the holster at all.
