NOTE ON SIZING: Belts sizes are their length in inches, so be sure to measure! The belts do not adjust for size, so measure around your waist over your trousers (trust me, you are much bigger than you think!) order as close to your actual measurement as possible. If in between sizes, I'd recommend ordering the next smaller size. Metal blasters weigh a ton, and gravity, being as relentless as it is, will do it's work unless you order the right size.
Our goal is to produce holster rigs that are as true to the originals as possible. Each movie had different holster rigs. Although at first glance, they appear the same, the details differ considerably.

Great Quality

Superb crafted Holster!
The ESB Han Solo holster rig I purchased from Todd's is of the upmost quality. I could not be happier with the craftsmanship, fit, and look. If you are looking to put together a Han Solo costume than this is the holster you want.

I have been dreaming about this holster for literally 20 years. I sat waiting like a kid on the front porch when the postman dropped it off. The holster did not disappoint. It is everything I hoped it could be. I immediately strapped it on and tried my blaster in it. Fits like a glove. (I have the AW Airsoft blaster.) Be sure to follow the measurement directions closely. It isn't difficult, but make sure you get it right. The Rubies blaster will not fit in this holster. It is incredible. You will not be disappointed. If you want to bring a sense of quality to your costume skip the cheap costume versions, save a few more bucks and get this high quality fully leather version. The hardware is top notch. It won't fall apart if you turn the wrong way. Any smuggler would be proud to strap this on their hip and carry their trusty DL-44. After all these years I finally have an amazing quality holster at an even more amazing price. Thank you for all you do for the community, Todd. We are lucky to have you.

I had been waiting some time for this rig to arrive and it was certainly worth the wait. The build quality and attention to detail is excellent. I have already ordered the belt to go with it. Just need to pull my finger out and get on with my blaster build.

Great Quality
Holster is terrific, made of quality thick leather and well machined metal parts. Make sure you measure properly; I used my exact measurement around hips (not waist/stomach). The fit was snug, not too tight but being that it doesn’t go through a belt loop and hangs on hip, that is the fit you need especially if carrying a metal blaster.
So authentic
This is the most authentic and best quality prop/replica of it's type! The attention to detail is fantastic and it has the heft and weight you'd expect from a proper belt and holster! The size advice is spot on and it sits perfectly on my waist/hips. Perfect for cosplay and conventions! Fantastic Job all round! Many thanks to all the team at Todds Costumes!
