Our goal is to produce holster rigs that are as true to the originals as possible. The holsters in each of the OT movies were different.

ALL HOLSTER RIGS FEATURES

  • Holster fits any Mauser-based blaster of correct dimensions.  We can't guarantee it will fit toys or 3D printed models of incorrect dimensions.

ANH HOLSTER RIG SPECIFIC FEATURES

  • Hand-weathered two-tone dark brown leather
  • No visible stitching on utility pouches
  • No visible fasteners on front buckle hooks
  • Thick machined aluminum disk on right belt
  • Edge grooves on holster, belt, and straps
  • Front buckle opens on right side

ESB HOLSTER RIG SPECIFIC FEATURES

  • The same features as ANH except:
  • ESB specific buckles

ROTJ HOLSTER RIG SPECIFIC FEATURES

  • Hand-weathered tan leather
  • Visible stitching on outside of utility pouches
  • Exposed rivet fasteners on front buckle hooks
  • Thin machined aluminum disk on right belt
  • Grooves on edges of holster, but not belt or straps
  • Front buckle opens on left side

YOU DON'T HAVE A 34" WAIST

If you are wearing size 34 jeans, your waist is probably 40" or more

I sell my belts by real inches. To find the size you need, take one of your belts and measure it from the middle of the buckle to the hole you fasten it on. Order that. Done.

If you are buying a belt to wear below your regular belt, measure to the next hole.

 

 

 

 



Use a cloth tape to measure your hip where you want to the belt to ride. Consider the Pants you will be wearing with it, Purchase the nearest length to your measurement.

    This is a very close recreation of the real thing and very well made. It is very comfortable to wear and extremely durable. Get one while you can.

    I could not be more please with my blaster rig - as a replacement for a cheapo costume setup that finally gave up the pleather ghost, it wears better, feels better, and looks magnificent. The only problem is that now I must acquire higher quality greeblies to fill it up...

    Overall this Blaster Holster Belt is well crafted and a good value. My only point of improvement is that the folded back metal belt clasp is too short and the buckle falls open very easily. If it was 2.25 times longer or had a spring metal over clip would keep the rig together all day. This was a gift for my niece, and she is a satisfied Todd's Costumes customer.

    Han Solo ANH holster

    My boyfriend is building a fully functioning Han Solo DL-44 blaster out of a German C-96 pistol. He wanted the holster for his birthday. I ordered it but it was the wrong size so I had to return it. I contacted Todd and he was more than accommodating. I received the correct size in no time and my boyfriend absolutely loves it! It is made of nice quality leather and looks exactly like the holster in the movie.

    Good Product but

    This belt is great in a lot of ways. Screen accurate, quality materials. The issues I had were: 1) The holster was scuffed upon arrival. 2) There was excessive glue around the accessory pockets around the belt, which I had to clean up. 3) From a customer service standpoint, Todd's appreciated my feedback but did nothing to address any opportunity to make the situation better. To spend $250 on a product which arrives slightly damaged and not fully inspected speaks to a lack of quality control. I have had another great experience with Todd's so I feel they are likely a good company with quality products. That said, my recent experience does not encourage me to keep purchasing through them.

    I love my belt - while the leather color isn't quite what was in the pictures, the leather quality is definitely still there. I think it will age well. On top of that, the service from Todd's Costumes has been top notch, and they resolved my concerns eagerly and with minimal hassle - it's nice knowing that they back their product with such great service.
