I guarantee you'll like whatever you order. If you don't, send it back (in its original condition). As soon as we receive it, we'll refund your money by the method you used to pay. We don't refund shipping.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on defective merchandise for the exact size and color. We will replace the item at no cost to you, including shipping. We do ask that you return the defective item to us so we can determine the cause of the failure. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item has failed due to abuse. Don't swing on the whip!
NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: We will gladly refund your money for unused items you don't like, excluding shipping. There will be a $5 restocking fee. This also applies to exchanges.When exchanging, there will be an exchange fee of $5.00 plus shipping. Exchanges are for the same item and color.
For custom fitted garments, we do not accept returns, no matter if you do need the money back to pay for your cat's emergency surgery. I can do alterations if they don't fit.
Instructions for making your return are printed at the bottom of your receipt. Please include a note, explaining the problem and what you want us to do (I mean like "exchange" or "refund," not like "go jump in the lake" or something.)
We do NOT issue refunds for lost or stolen packages that you have chosen to ship by an untrackable service (USPS Parcel Post, First Class Mail, Priority Mail)
We do NOT issue refunds for packages refused without our authorization. Know that import duties and fees are YOUR responsibility to pay at your government's discretion. No, you can't send it back.
To avoid ordering the wrong size garment, please accept the following tips:
We provide you with accurate size measurements charts. MEASURE YOURSELF, MEASURE YOURSELF, MEASURE YOURSELF! Buy or borrow a cloth tape measure and have someone measure you. Don't guess, or order based on the size of other garments. Our garments are cut differently than what you buy at a retail store.
Please don't call us and ask us what size to buy. Our crystal ball hasn't been reliable lately. We put size information on the site so you can know exactly what size you need.
We ship orders Monday- Thursday. If you are in need of faster shipping give us a call, send us an email or take advantage of the live chat and we will help you out, we are located in a remote area where overnight shipping is not always reliable. If you absolutely have to have something before a certain date just add it into the note section of your order, or send us an email, we try to get everything out as quickly as possible but delays do happen.
No matter who the carrier is, delivery times are only estimates. Do not order a costume on short notice for an important event because it may not get there on time, even if you pay for guaranteed date delivery. If the carrier doesn't get it to you on time, all they will do is refund your shipping. They won't roll back the clock and do it over, no matter how much you beg them. If you're life will be ruined because you don't have your costume for the company Halloween party, perhaps last-minute mail order is not the best idea.
All international shipments, are subject to inspection, hold, or complete seizure and cruel destruction by your government's customs agency. Neither we, nor the carrier, has any control over your government. They does what they wants.
The bottom line: Neither UPS, FedEx, Parcelforce, DHL, or the Fantastic Four, care about your party, birthday, parade, trip, or film appearance. They can't actually guarantee that you will get the package on a specific date. They only guarantee to refund your money if they don't.
International import duties and fees are your responsibility to pay. These are not included in shipping cost. These are not shipping charges. These are taxes imposed on you by your govenment, at their sole discretion. Check with your government's customs agency to learn how much they will charge you. We will NOT accept returns because you didn't know you'd have to pay government taxes and fees to claim your package.
We do not know the import regulations of every city, state, or country. It is your responsibility to know your local laws concerning the items you wish to import. This is especially important for replica weapons and certain animal products (leather). You assume the responsibility for the items you try to bring into your country. Please know that if it is seized by customs there is no refund for your item.
We do NOT issue refunds for packages lost or stolen when shipping by USPS. These shipments are untrackable. The "tracking numbers" they issue are practically useless. The only value they have is confirmation that the package has entered the USPS system.
USPS packages are turned over to your local postal service when they enter your country's border. After that, they are the responsibility of your local postal service. If they are lost or stolen by your local postal service.
Again, we do NOT refund or replace USPS shipments that don't arrive.
Yes! We can combine orders to reduce shipping cost. If the orders have not shipped, we will combine them and refund the extra shipping to you.
If you make a mistake while ordering, (address, email, etc.) immediately e-mail us the correct information so we can correct it. The best advice is don't make a mistake.
If you change your mind after you place an order, contact us immediately. Once the package leaves, we can't change the contents while it is enroute. We do not yet possess this power.
