Q: Do we ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide. But there are some important things to know about buying things from the United States.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: We ship "in stock" items the next day (except weekends). How long it takes to travel to you depends on the shipping method you choose. Here's a general guideline:
Domestic:
USPS Priority Mail: 1-6 days
USPS Express Mail: 1-3 days
UPS Ground: 1-6 days
UPS 3 Day: 1-4 days
UPS 2 Day: 1-3 days
UPS Next Day: 1-2 days
International:
USPS Priority Mail: 3-14 Days
USPS Express Mail: 3-5 Days
UPS Worldwide Saver: 3-7 Days
UPS Worldwide Expedited: 7-10 Days
Please note that all services are not available everywhere. The services that are available to you will appear in your shopping cart.
A: The best way to find out is to place the items you want in your "shopping cart". Go to your cart, and click on "Estimate Shipping & Tax". You'll get a customized quote for the services available to you.
A: We want you to love whatever you get from us. If you don't love it, you are free to return it up to 10 days after you get it. You'll need to pay the return shipping and a small $5 restock fee.
If you want to exchange an item for a different size, you'll need to pay postage for the return and new shipping back to you, and a $5 restock fee.
If something's wrong with the item that's our fault, we'll pay all the expenses for you to return or exhange it by priority mail. We'll make it right.
Q: What does my order status mean?
Awaiting Payment: You clicked "money order" as your payment method and we are waiting to recieved the money order OR you paid with an e-check or some other paypal service that takes time to process. When we receive your payment status will change and your order will be shipped.
Awaiting Fulfillment: Waiting to be packed and shipped.
Completed: We have packed and shipped your items and they are on their way to you!
Refunded: Either all OR SOME of your order was refunded. If you over pay for shipping we refund you the extra and your status may change to refunded.
Incomplete: Missing information or payment method declined.
