NOTE ON SIZING: Belts sizes are their length in inches, so be sure to measure! The belts do not adjust for size, so measure around your waist over your trousers (trust me, you are much bigger than you think!) order as close to your actual measurement as possible. If in between sizes, I'd recommend ordering the next smaller size. Metal blasters weigh a ton, and gravity, being as relentless as it is, will do it's work unless you order the right size.
Our goal is to produce holster rigs that are as true to the originals as possible. Each movie had different holster rigs. Although at first glance, they appear the same, the details differ considerably.

Solid Item
Overall a solid item only issue is 2 of the buttons for the holster strap broke off this probably happened during shipping. It fits both ANH and ESB DL-44's. One thing to point out if you are using a Denix or MGC DL-44 the weight might be a little overwhelming and will take some time to get used to.

Happy these belts are still offered, because they are the best for the Quality and Cost. Even my Girlfriend was impressed stating the quality reminded her of the professional Horse Riding saddles she used to use. Had to re-order a smaller size after loosing some more weight. The All metal DL44 is great, but would pull my original Belt down over the day. Love the new fit, and love the lighter Color of these current belts. Allows for distressing the belt wonderfully. Highly Recommend. Best in the Galaxy
Potential fix for the holster scabbard releasing from the belt and falling off
While the weight of whatever make of DL-44 you may use will hold the holster scabbard in place on the belt, it is a little disconcerting to think that a casual ride on a Taun Taun or sliding down a garbage chute could cause you to lose your blaster! The attachment plates (front and rear) of the scabbard have keyway holes to attach to the belt, but they can conceivably disconnect and cause your blaster to dump on the ground ... or at least swing loose instead of stay in place. Hardware stores like Ace still sell grommets, those round donut-shaped rubber thingies with the groove running around the outer edge (NOT the Claymation character!). take the scabbard with you, all rolled up in a bag and make a trip to your friendly neighborhood Ace Hardware store. Fit and try various grommets in the attachment hole to find a tight fit to the hole; the flat of the attachment plate should fit into the groove and when you get the grommet in place, it will stay in place of its own accord. When you have the scabbard hooked onto the belt, squeeze a grommet into the attachment hole to block the slot and keep the holster from coming off the belt (does any of this make sense??) If you try this, you will see what I mean! I actually used a noise dampening grommet from a computer case cooling fan that I had saved from my last custom PC build.
Solo REALLY shot first!
The Episode IV: A New Hope (we really should just call it "Star Wars." Period ... Han Solo gunbelt and holster is top notch; the funny thing is that the scabbard part looks like a real C-96 leather holster, but everything is beautiful. It is a little heavy, but so is the DL-44 itself (if you use an actual Mauser C-96 and add all the rest of the parts, it does weigh quite a bit. I thought that it came with all the pouch and pocket accessories, but it doesn't, but they are available on the internet. High quality workmanship.
Perfect for a real C-96
Amazing product. Thick leather. Solid metal. Doesn't look like a prop but like the real thing. It fits perfectly my blaster build from a real mauser C-96. I highly recommend this belt!
