Features include a 1 1/2" dark brown ribbon with 5" double bow, a supple leather sweatband, and a white satin liner with Coyle's crest embossed in gold. This is the closest you will get to the actual fedora worn by Indy himself. The attention to detail is amazing. The quality is excellent. The price can't be beat, and the service is exceptional. This is a hat you can wear everywhere. I do. You will love it. Keep up the great work Todd.

I ordered one of these fedoras (the same size Harrison Ford wore) to put on a mannequin. When I got it I thought it was rather small, but soon realized it really wasn't, I was just used to the size of the fedora I wear (xxxl and not a Downtowner). I compared the Downtowner to photos from ROTLA and was more than impressed with the accuracy. Owning one of these is the closest a person can get to the actual fedora's worn in the film. Todd and his employees are a great group of people. They provide great customer service and fast shipping. I've bought several other Indy items since I purchased the fedora and will continue to buy items in the future. Thanks very much.

I love this hat! Totally looks the part and gets lots of compliments. I even bought one for my Dad who's always been my true hero.

One word of caution: Be careful with reshaping it too much/too often. The steam and exposure to water will cause the hat to shrink.

yes i was one of the first to buy the downtowner when they first came to the site, my first hat had a taller crown , which on me looks great, then i bought the downtowner again for myself when the price went lower, and it had a lower crown which still looked great, and then a few months later i bought one for my son for his birthday. we love these hats. so screen accurate, and able to take the abuse of the rain and wind here in chicago. if you are looking for a great hat that looks like it just came off of harrison ford's head this is the one to get .

Looks the part! Great Raiders bash. Recreates the special look of the rumpled and turned fedora made famous by Harrison Ford. This feels and looks like a highend fedora, although at a fraction of the price. Great lid at a great price.

I remember when Indiana Jones IV was amongst the biggest hype, there was speculation, rumors, and dreams about how the film would turn out. But only one thing was sure: Indy was wearing his signature fedora. I was fourteen at that time, and I thought the fedora looked amazing. But the closest thing I could ever get was the "official" Indiana Jones wool fedora.

It wasn't bad, especially if you were just wanting a hat... But let's fast forward three years. I started getting interested in Indy's fedora. After I did some research, I found that for the price range I could afford, Coyle's Downtowner was the deal for me. I ordered the hat on the Thursday before Labor Day, so I had to wait until the Wednesday afterward to receive it. (Would've been Monday, but it was Labor Day, and I missed the package on Tuesday...)

So after I received the hat on Wednesday, I was crushed... I ordered the wrong size. (I know it was a problem on my end due to the fact that I measured incorrectly...) So we were able to send the Fedora back to Todd's and exchange it for the right size. I received the right hat size on the Friday of that same week.

That hat's still awesome, though the ribbon needs to be slightly darker... Not a problem for me, I used a Dark brown dye marker. :)

Todd's customer service was amazing and very understanding, and really accommodating.

Overall I rate this 5 stars. I look forward to doing business with them again.

I've had my downtowner for a couple of years, and it still holds the shape. The specs on the Downtowner were a "right on" according to the specs from Indygear.com I love it. A "true" Raiders fedora
