Gladiator Gauntlet | Final Battle

My replica of the gauntlets worn by Maximus in the "wheat field dream" and in the final arena duel with Commodus. I'm aware of some production-made gauntlets that were one-piece cast foam, but it appears that the pair used in close ups were leather with separate emblems attached. Mine are made from leather covered foam, with leather trim and leather lining. The back features silver speed lace rings, which allows for adjustment. The emblems are made from very tough hand painted, hand cast urethane. Truly screen quality.
