Okay, here's the kicker: Zach is only 12 years old. He says he's been making costumes since he was nine. According to him, he's made "a couple of swords, 15 chakrams, two Xena scabbards, one Callisto scabbard, and now he's starting a Joxer costume. Hmmm, I wonder what he'll be when he grows up....
