|  This is Rosanna Freeman.
I happened to have this prototype dress left over from years ago, and it happened to fit her just great. She came up with the rest of her outfit. She does horseback riding stunts and used this outfit at an event for the Portage County, Ohio Horseman's Council held at the West Branch State Park.
